I was told one thing when I called in to ask about reservations and parking. When we got here, the lady wanted to argue with me and said no I would not have been told that. I’ve been an office manager for over 40 years. I make notes with what people tell me. The bathroom has dirty places in the corners. I have pictures showing in the bathtub. My feet were so filthy. I had to wash them off with the washcloth and it was black. Very disappointing for a Hampton Inn.

When we got there our room was not ready. We waiting until almost 4 for our room to check in. Upon getting to our room there was a ton of trash sitting outside our door. Going into our room after unpacking I lifted my bedsheets to relax and the bedding was completely stained up, like the bedding had never been changed. We went and ask for a new comforter. I thought everything would be smooth after that. I go to take a shower and after I’m done, I grab a towel to dry off and it is covered in dirt with a hair on it. I have never had an experience like this ever at a Hampton inn.
