First day the fire alarms went off, Second day there was no hot water and 3rd day we got woke up at 3 am by someone on the 3rd floor destroying their room and PD had to be called. We were supposed to stay another night. We decided to leave and cancel our flight for the next day and opted to drive the 10+ hours home with a stay at the halfway point in order to just avoid another night there.

Friendly staff, bathroom sink was partially clogged and did not get repaired when we asked to have it addressed. No trash service or fresh towels on our 4 night stay.

It was obvious that when house keeping came in my room to clean up someone was using the pull out couch bed, they did not even touch it, no clean sheets ,nothing! And the comforter had a nice big cigarette burn in it. Don’t expect a comfortable stay if you do have to use the couch bed, totally disgusting broken down pieces of garbage.

if a location says they have a pool. They should also provide information on whether the pool is open or not. Even though it's very warm here in this day in September, they close the pool for winter for some reason. Disappointing.

The handicap room is for people who need special accommodation. But when you don't need it, it's a nuisance to not have a vanity in the bathroom as was our room.

Really liked the area and our stay. Suggestions for improvement... have enough milk and creamer for coffee in the mornings, as well as food for the complimentary breakfast. There was hardly any food left with an hour and a half left before breakfast ended. There was no fan in the bathroom which was weird. The day we checked out at (check out at 12) housekeeping knocked on our door with a DND sign 2 different times telling us we had to leave at 11. I double checked with the front desk and it was a 12 checkout, however, housekeeping came back at 11:30 knocking on the door telling us it was time to check out. We felt rushed to get out.
