We had such a great time at Lake Louise! They even upgraded us to a junior suite, which was such a nice surprise. Tess, Alice, and the rest of the crew were all super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Really appreciated their warm hospitality. Had such a nice stay! The gazebo was nice with the firepit in the middle, the pool and hottubs and changing room were great, uniquely had a room with a pool view! Would definitely recommend if youre planning to visit Lake Louise!
