"The Blanco tower is outdated and showing wear. The curtains had holes in them that let in the bright lights from the parking garage. One elevator was broken leaving only one functional elevator that was very slow and made disconcerting noises when traveling. Ice is available on a single floor for the entire tower. Very limited food options nearby. Access to the monorail was convenient."

"The building doesn’t look as good the signs are old could be taken care of better"

"The only complaint i have is that we got promised to have room service everyday which we did not get. We had to call on day three to ask for fresh towels. Other than that it was great!"
