It was quiet, had a fridge ans microwave in the room. Only thing is the light in front of the doors upstairs (we were upstairs so the door was in back of the building) was in way too late, and it kept the room lit up until after 1:00 AM, there is no way to turn it off from inside the room. Maybe turn them off around 10, 11:00 at the latest so we can get some sleep, but otherwise: a great place to stay

the Inn is clean and located 1 mile away from the village; very clean room, the beds are a little too soft; you can hear the noise from the street and neighbours

There was no playground area as stated in description and shown in their photos. Kids were bored to say the least. (We have a 8 yr old and a 2 yr old so playgrounds are one thing they can both agree on enjoying. This was a huge reason why we booked here) We later saw the yellow slide in the dumpster out back. There were several smeared dead bug/bug guts along the walls, a dead fly in the fridge and rugs were pretty filthy. The parking lot in the back for second story guests was far from a parking lot and more of a loose rock/patchy grass lot with no indicative markings of parking spots. It was quite a game of parking lot Tetris by the time our second night of stay rolled around, getting blocked in by other guests. Wrote in to Hotels.com to inform them of the misleading info on the description of the Inn On The Hill but they were less than helpful. Apparently there’s nothing you can do about getting mislead. Do your homework, folks!
