Spending more time traveling up and down escalators. Since there is no drop-off for the hotel itself we had to park our car for 1 hour just for dropping off the baggage. Room is smaller than expected and there is no room to open baggage.

Staying for 2 nights, staffs were helpful, but didn’t expect only changing towels and bedding ! And could hear people taking in the hallway which was kind of annoying ! Not so many breakfast options elevator waiting time sometimes long

We had triple room stay and was comfortable enough for 3 of us. Spa in hotel was good and location was excellent with carpark Yen600 each day nearby and many restaurant within walking distance. Staff service was excellent too.
