Had an amazing stay, staff are so friendly and I couldn’t fault a thing. Room was spacious and the location was fantastic. Sad to be leaving KL and I will be back and will definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel. Lots of clear communication before checkin and how to find them, where to park etc..very straightforward to get there. Checkin ahead of time meant very quick at the desk. Very efficient and friendly. Loved the peace and quiet of this hotel despite its location. Room very sound proof. Bed very comfortable. Good sized shower - lots of hot water . Turn down service with incense and aromatherapy was lovely. Swimming pool really only good for 2 people if doing lengths but great having the outside view while swimming. Breakfast was a huge spread but nothing wow! Adequate and mediocre. A little awkward when busy with inadequate space to get around .

This hotel was amazing for an overnight stay. The breakfast was delicious, the staff super friendly and helpful. Our room was super clean and the gym has amazing views. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in KL and will return there if we find ourselves passing through Malaysia.

I was checked in by a friendly gentleman named Jeremy, who went the extra mile in accommodating my room requests. The room I stayed in was lovely and very comfortable. The other staff at front desk and concierge were equally professional in ensuring I had a good stay. I would recommend this hotel to those seeking shopping around the Bukit Bintang area.

Great location above Pavilion Mall. Pool a little disappointing as it was smaller than it appeared in the pictures (15m maybe). Would have been nice if they had let us know that the power was going to be out for 4 hours on one of the days we were there when we made the booking rather than whilst we were there.. Staff friendly, no pork so breakfast was a bit disappointing..

Classy hotel in prime location. Direct access to the Pavilion Mall. Staff wonderfully helpful and attentive. Rooms were large and well equipped, although starting to age. Pool on 18th floor was great. Breakfast offer was extensive and tasty. Gets busy at weekends, quieter during the week

Here’s a more polished version of your text while keeping your tone intact: --- Overall, the hotel has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel, are more than adequate. I would like to commend a male Malay staff member at the reception on the afternoon of February 13, 2025. Despite facing an incredibly rude and arrogant lady, presumably a hotel guest who was throwing a tantrum at him, he remained calm and courteous throughout. If that lady happens to be reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself! The only issue I encountered was that a pair of shorts went missing from my room. I called the service line to enquire but unfortunately, no one got back to me.
