"The hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff was ok. The day before check in my wife got food poisoning. We asked if we could be checked in first and everyone in our travel party was saying yes, check them in first. Our whole party was checked in before us. We stayed for two days and decided to leave a day early to take my wife to the hospital in Krabi. We checked out and asked about a refund for early departure because my wife was sick. The hotel said to check with Expedia. We reached out to Expedia and they said reach out to the hotel. So long story short no refund, even after sending proof of my wife and I spending 8 hours in the hospital getting IV’s and two rounds of antibiotics etc. Not impressed with their empathy and business practices! Both Expedia and Cape Kudu!"
