"They give you a 10 number room code only - no key. We never got in our room without assistance (that you waited a minimum of 10 minutes for). They “ran out of” clean washcloths. Never replenished. I asked for conditioner 2 times. Ended up going to purchase. Front desk staff not hateful but definitely of no help. Good luck with your shower, absolutely no water pressure and the tub was very slick. First and last time every staying here."
