This property was remarkably disappointing. The kitchen sink was inoperable due to a leak which essentially made use of the kitchen other than the fridge a joke given the other running water was on the 2nd floor. Further, there were no trash cans in the house, which didn't seem to bother the host "support" team who told me to put the trash in a bag out back. The listing also advertised the unit having a Roku but that was a lie which the team later acknowledged. There was a Roku remote but no service.The host made a nominal gesture of a small refund, less than 50% of a night's stay, after acknowledging the quality of unit was sub par. So on one hand they did the bare minimum even though they recognized how bad the unit was during our stay. We will never come back or consider a Red Awning property again.
