The lady at the front was very nice. The property needs to be updated. I checked in around 9:30pm and I was gone by 3am because I saw a roach in the bathroom. The toilet handle was broken and there wasn’t a remote control in the room.

Wow, what can I say, other than do not stay here. From the smoke cigarette smell in the lobby mixed with bad air freshener, to the room and a bed that was concave, to a faucet that was falling off of the sink, to the disgustingness in the bathroom, stay away from this place. We prepaid checked in and then after our event that we attended, we decided to cut our losses and just drive the two hours home.

My family and I came down for a funeral. Had 3 rooms booked. Arrived only to find out the hotel was overbooked and we didn’t have rooms. The staff was rude. Hopefully this doesn’t happened to you, especially if you travel with kids.

I would love to stay here while I'm working in Kalamazoo, but I just because of the cigarette smell in the room. It was 100% smoke free.... I just got home and I have to wash all of my clothes. Even the clean ones. My family could smell the cigarette smoke through my suitcase when it was sitting in the kitchen. Staff was nice though.

I originally reserved to stay two nights but I checked out after one night. I asked for a receipt and was given a receipt that shows I should only be charged for one night ($67.50). My credit card, however, was charged for two nights ($135.80). Will my credit card be credited back the other $67.50 or should I visit the RRI in person and talk to the front desk?
