"We felt welcomed and received great service at the front desk. We have called to get our toilet fixed and in less than an hour the problem was fixed. We also requested more coffee and creams and they were delivered promptly. The property is located at the beach and the children enjoyed them. "

I was surprised how hard it was to get an hour extension on my checkout, which I didn’t end up doing as the front desk person sounded so negative about it. I used to work at a prominent hotel in nyc. I think the front desk staff could have been nicer considering what we are paying to stay there. "
