Great property. The Hokupa’a tower stay was luxurious, closest to an all inclusive you could get in Hawaii. Everything was clean and amazing and access to Lanai was the highlight of the stay. Proximity to whaler’s village, good shopping and a great beach. Overall, highly recommend

They are very limited on any amenities at the pool, the snack bar was only open part of the time. Restaurant has limited menu. 25/day to rent a chair to sit on beach, not worth it as you will only last about 2 hours in the sun.

The staff was very nice and helpful; however, we drug, all of our luggage into the lobby to check in only to find out that checkin was not in the same building as the hotel room. This place was absolutely beautiful. When I was told I was getting a garden view, I thought great trees. When I looked out, it was amazing! Pool, palm trees, ocean, just absolutely beautiful. The condo was and the staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be coming back
