"We love staying at Tween Waters on Captiva Island! We have stayed here several times. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the view of the bay from our room! We met friends here and we all had fun over the 4th of July. It is so nice to enjoy the pool, the beach and restaurants at Tween Waters but what we love the most is being able to go boating while we are there. We usually bring our own boat but this time our friends brought their boats. It is nice to be able to enjoy boating and using the boat docks along with all the great amenities that Tween Waters offers!"

"We were very pleased with the property and how it was equipped. Plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. Pool and pool area were excellent and rooms were spacious clean. Close beach and restaurants as described. We were delighted to find beach chairs and supplies in the garage. Overall, a great place to stay!!"

"The property is absolutely wonderful. If possible, the actual home is better than the pictures. Value of a property is about "location, location, location". This property is the best located property on Captiva Island. Close to beach (5min walk), close to all of the locaal restaurants as well as little shops. And the best part by far and away was our host - Rita. She has a business three doors down and every request we had (all minor in nature, no big problems at all) she responded personally and quickly.This was our first VRBO and will not be our last! I should add; we had 8 guests including two 17 year olds and a 15 year old; parents and grandparents. All raved about the accommodation and location."

"Fantastic property & location! Our family had the BEST time at the Sun & Moon Pool House! Larry is a wonderful host. Very quick replies, & responded in person on a holiday to help us with a minor pool issue.That pool! Heavenly! We used it for many hours each day. The older of our group used it throughout the day, & the younger generation enjoyed it in the evening after spending the day at the beach. The house itself was clean, comfortable & so relaxing. It was wonderful to have generous views of the beautiful blue skies & all those palm trees! You feel like you're staying in the middle of a lush private garden. The area has a lot of families & it feels extremely safe, which gave some peace of mind when my daughters wanted to get out to explore on their own. Every day we enjoyed hearing & watching birds, including ospreys! There is a lot of wildlife around the neighborhood, & we frequently saw large lizards & rabbits scurrying around in the grass & leaves. The home's furnishings were comfortable & in good condition. The kitchen was nicely stocked with coffeemakers, dishes, utensils & cookware. Plenty of bath towels & beach towels were provided. Everything was clean, in working order, & well cared for. There are several really good groceries nearby, including the fabulous Jerry's on nearby Sanibel.The beach is about 10 houses away, at the end of the lane, & it was never crowded. There are many shops & restaurants within easy walking distance."
