Upon arrival we were checked into a room that had a broken screen and sliding door that would not open. Had to change rooms. Was told to call in advance for housekeeping before going out for the day to ensure the room was cleaned and restocked with toiletries. Did that around 1pm before leaving out. Arrived back to the room around 8:15pm and the room was not touched. Had to go to the front desk to request service and wait in the lobby until our room was cleaned. Went to use the pool the same evening after our room was cleaned and couldn't because the water was freezing cold, although it's supposed to be a heated pool. While the staff was very nice and polite, the organization was poor and we will not be staying there again.

We were a little nervous before our stay at the Courtyard Marriott Willow Grove because we saw a review mentioning the hotel had lost power and wasn’t answering calls. When we tried calling ourselves, the phone went straight to voicemail, which made us even more worried. But we decided to go anyway — and we’re so glad we did! Everything was totally fine, the hotel had power, just the phone lines were down and our stay was perfect. The staff was wonderful, super helpful, and made us feel completely at ease. So happy we didn’t cancel — would definitely stay again!

First, they didn’t put me in the room I booked, and couldn’t switch me to the correct room type, also couldn’t refund me the difference since I booked on Expedia. I stayed multiple days, and asked for the room to be cleaned in between- it was not. When I got to my room there was a dirty used wash rag still in the shower. Just disgusting. Beautiful grounds though.
