Fantasyland Hotel
"Some of the theme rooms are in desperate need of an update. The room we stayed in had a large jetted Jacuzzi tub. Upon arrival, the knob on the dial to turn the Jacuzzi jets on was missing and we were unable to turn it with our hand or using a towel. I used the texting service we recieved at check in to ask for maintenance, but after several hours, we didn't get a reply so I went to the front desk. Maintenance was up to the room within 15-20 minutes. After explaining and showing the issue, the maintenance personnel told us it wasn't working because there wasn't any water in the tub. I had to get very direct with him so he fully understood the issue. Could have been a language barrier. About an hour later he returned with a piece of metal that did the trick. Not pretty, but it worked. I likely wouldn't pay what we did to stay again. Over priced and using the elevators was time consuming."
