Staff was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Down to earth types for NYC. If you are looking for extravagant, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a side street quiet for NYC kinda place that gives you what you need with a bit of charm. Right near to the Empire State Building, Macy and subway access, food to the left, Empire State Building and groceries to the right then right around first coner (CVS) all right here! The elevator is possessed, beware! Great place to hang your hat, wash up, eat in by DoorDash or food you bring or what-not and do New York.

The hotel was very nice and clean and bed was sooooo comfortable! The only thing that was annoying about the whole stay was that there was only 1 working elevator and it took so long to get up or down or having to wait for the elevator because only 6 people fit in it max and the stairs are too narrow to use to go up past the 3rd floor. Other than that it was a great stay!! Housekeeping stayed on top of changing beds and replenishing necessities! The front desk staff were very nice! I didn’t get the name of the lady up front but she was very friendly and welcoming! We would stay again!!!

It was a great experience at the city centre which was pretty convenient to discover the city and nearby to many hot spots. The staff was cheerful and hospitable. However, due to maintenance there was only one avaliable elevator for such a big twelve -floor building which was causing delays and impatience. I hope this issue would be solved soon.

Excellent location, helpful staff, comfortable room, complimentary bottled water throughout the stay. One elevator was broken during our stay which delayed getting in/out from our upper floor room. There is no restaurant/bar or anything, and only a small sitting area in the lobby. Still, overall recommended for location and price!

The property was clean and nicely decorated. Very modern chic. My only complaint was that one elevator was out of service so the other one was so slow. Had to wait every time to go up or come down.

Great room however very noisy from the roads outside on lower floors. Only one lift so spent a lot of time waiting for the lift.
