It’s Sheraton. Nice as expected despite the room is tight and small it’s clean and up to date. Liked bottle water was provided at check in! There was wind noise if the room is on the side next to the higher building.

Phenomenal location! Pleased with the staff and amenities but there was a mildew smell in the accessible room. Unfortunately the property was sold out so I couldn’t change rooms. I loved that there is an ATM on site, making shopping easier and safer on Canal Street. Great property overall, I would definitely return.

The hotel was fine for the price we paid and convenient to public transportation, WTC, Ghostbusters fire stations and uber from EWR - staff is super friendly. rooms (high floor) has nice view ("peekaboo" of Brookly bridge at the horizon). Its is an OLD building and old furniture, water from sink is sometimes brownish. elevators are slow and often crowded. keep in mind "its NYC". what would qualify in ROW for 2.5 or 3 stars can call themselves 4 stars in NYC. if expectations are "accordingly", it is a fine enough place to stay.

The water gets very hot very quick which is great until you burn your hands trying to wash them. The bathroom fan and lights are on a motion sensor which is great until you're still for 5 seconds and it goes dark. There are 3 elevators which is great but at the time of our stay only 2 were running. The housekeeping was quick and friendly, the front desk was helpful. The property is near multiple spots to eat and lots of public transportation. Great spot for the price.

I was surprised at how reasonable the property was for the low price in the SoHo/tribeca area. It could have used a window cleaning and towels were rough, but staff was very kind, room was decent size, lobby pretty nice all for a “budget” price.

Great location and hotel

Great location to see major sights in New York. Located close to several subways and had nearby coffee, bagels, and restaurants. There are several souvenir shops in close proximity as well. No complaints about the bed or pillows, so that must mean they're pretty good! The shower was nice and so were all of of the little amenities they provided. Very pleased with our stay!
