The hotel was lovely and was just remodeled in an upscale modern vibe. It has three nice restaurants and a bar overlooking Central Park. Totally awesome!

The hotel is good but for the $49 resort fee there should be something you get for it. There should be Nespresso machines in the room or free coffee in the lobby. The room was also a little dinged up, not in top notch condition.

From the moment at the front door the door man and all the staff of all ages in every department were totally genuine gracious kind with excellent service I would give ten stars if I could - Marie and Leo were at the coffee shop to say goodbye leaving with the feelings of we can not wait to return :) we have stayed before and we will again THE BEST HOTEL IN TOWN ! missing you already!!!
