This property was a good location, walkable to lots including subway stations. It was somewhat loud at night but I’m sure much quieter than it would be staying in Times Square. The room was okay, clean and what you would expect. We had a terrible experience where our toilet was clogged at 11:00 pm and front desk did not have a plunger and was not able to look for a plunger. I even asked to be moved rooms if they couldn’t fix it and they said nothing was available so me with 3 kids in a hotel with no usable toilet until we checked out the next morning. For that I would definitely not choose this hotel again.

Staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Property itself is a little tired feeling (particularly considering it's next door to more modern and on trend hotels). Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet for NYC which was nice. The rooms could definitely use a refresh to feel more modern but overall a comfortable stay. The staff made everything great though, so overall an easy and enjoyable stay.
