The staff was welcoming, warm, and kindly switched my room to a lower floor when my fear of heights was too overwhelming for the 28th floor. They have actual windows that open without grates or screens, and though the bottom of the window is chest high, I just could not stay in that room. They were so understanding and accommodating. So convenient to Grand Central and Broadway shows. We loved it. Highly recommend

This was my first time in New York and everyone warned me about staying in hotels.. they said to be prepared and not expect much. Well.. Hilton Garden Inn, you were amazing! From the second I walked in and was greeted at the door, to the hotel lobby, special shout out to Michelle, who I had several interactions with, you were amazing, as well as Gulbyie and Lynn, you were both so friendly and helpful! The security guards at the entrance were super kind and welcomed you back with a smile every time! :) and finally, our room was clean and spacious enough to move around. So friendly, so clean, and so convenient for seeing New York! I strongly recommend!! You will not be disappointed. Room 1707 :)
