The renovations and total look of this hotel is amazing for the price. Even the bean to coffee machine was a nice touch on our stay. The room is equipped with everything you need and its very comfortable. I will be back for a Jaguars game next year is this same Hotel!

There were roaches in our room hair all over our bath towels. When I called down to the front desk she told me she couldn’t switch rooms due to it being fully booked and to talk to the manager in the morning. I did and the manager said she will have to get with Expedia and call me and let me know. I still have not heard back from her. Very poor customer service and dirty hotel. Disappointing and then to not have any compensation is unacceptable!

Found a black curly hair on our white supposed to be clean towel in the bathroom and the bathroom floor was dirty gross Upon entering our room, it was 90° but on the other side, the AC cooled it down to below 68 in a couple hours

I stay here whenever Im in town the location is perfect . close to downtown,the Avenues ,Towncenter and Southside . Clean quiet. And the staff is friendly and Helpful.Ms.Nicole is an Angel .I will defiantly return

My first night there the towels had hair on them. I told the front desk, they gave me new clean towels with no hair. The upstairs people made a lot of noise, I told the front desk but nothing happened. When I first walked in bathroom stunk and didn’t seem too clean but the rest of the room was very clean.
