Living space
Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open the main living area to an uninterrupted stretch of ocean, flooding the space with natural light throughout the day. A comfortable seating area and a streaming-ready HDTV give you somewhere to settle after time by the water, while air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating keep the condo comfortable no matter what the weather is doing outside. A private entrance and keypad self check-in mean arrival is entirely on your own schedule.
 
Outdoor living
The oceanfront balcony is where most of your time will end up - whether that's a quiet coffee watching the early light come up over the water, or an evening spent tracking the colors shift across the Atlantic. Front-row views of the ocean are available at any hour, and the private boardwalk just below connects you directly to the beach within a minute of stepping outside.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The condo sleeps up to 4 guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and its own direct access to the balcony - a particularly good combination for early risers who want the ocean view before the rest of the group wakes up. The second bedroom has a queen bed and sits near a full bathroom. A half bath on the main level adds convenient access for a group of four.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook your own meals: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics. Dishes and silverware are provided. Pull up a seat at the dining table or grab a stool at the breakfast bar - either way, the ocean is never far from view.
 
Bathrooms & laundry
Both full bathrooms include a bathtub and the bathroom essentials you need. An in-unit washer and dryer take care of the practical side of a beach stay, whether that means sandy clothes or freshening things up mid-trip.
 
Amenities & essentials
Wifi and a dedicated workspace are available if the trip calls for staying connected or getting some work done. Beach towels and chairs are on hand for time by the shore. The condo is equipped with a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Please note: no carbon monoxide alarm is present - the host has indicated one is not necessary for this property, but reach out with any questions.
 
Parking & access
Free parking on premises accommodates up to 2 vehicles, making day trips along the coast easy to plan. Self check-in via keypad means you can arrive at your own pace without coordinating schedules. Please note that this property requires a minimum rental of two (2) weeks.
 
Neighborhood
Jacksonville Beach sits along Florida's Atlantic coast, with the ocean forming the backdrop of daily life here. Local dining, shops, and attractions are all within easy reach - but with direct beach access right from the condo, the water tends to shape how most days unfold.
