The staff, laundry and room were above average. However, if you ever want to visit a 3rd world country go to My Place in Jacksonville NC. They have a large business clientele, and the workers are predominantly Hispanic. If you enjoy the smell if wet Garbage, the workers just drop bags of trash by the Elevator. The staff stated they contacted the company and put a sign by the elevator stating not to put trash there and they were on camera. That did nothing. the sign was torn down and the trash bag with wet garbage was right back. If you don't mind spending $700 for the week and enjoy the smell of the local landfill, this place is for you. I personally will never spend a night there again.

Needed firmer pillows, heater/air-conditioned less noisy. The room was cleaned; the shower was good. The microwave kept blinking lights. The front desk person gave options of breakfast places near by.

Id like to say what i was disappointed with. After dinner i stopped at the front desk and asked for some decaf coffe to make in my room. She told me they didn't have any. I have never stayed at a hotel where they didnt offer both.
