It was clean, and the room was nice. It was a nice sized room as well. There is definitely room for improvement. Ink stains on the pillow case, crayon scribbled inside the closet, cracks in the shower pan, old caulk in the corners. It was definitely clean, just not updated in a bit. Overall very nice though. Large convenient parking lot.
