Very acomadating staff and very clean suites. If we come back we definitely would stay here again but not get the two story suite...a lot of steps for us. Would recommend my friends and family to stay here. Very nice pool area...and great for families.

My wife and I stayed with our three children ages 15, 13, 11 and found the accommodations to be outstanding. We were very comfortable in our 2 bedroom suite. The very modern kitchen was well equipped and more than substantial. The king beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The pull-out sofa was also very good for a sofa bed. The entire grounds are clean and maintained very well.
As other reviews mention, the staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Ken is top notch and when he wasn't there Matilda and Marta were up to the task and couldn't have been friendlier and more welcoming. Our first request was to rent bikes for the week. In less than an hour, Ken made arrangements and had bikes suited for each of us complete with locks, lights, and helmets for the kids. Tip: Bikes are the best way to get around Key West, highly recommend.
Any advice they offered for dining were spot on and several times accompanied by a coupon. They also pointed us in the right direction for three excursions, two of which they reserved and booked for us. Without a doubt the staff live up to all the great reviews.
We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Great place to stay
good location, very nice inside with a full kitchen and 2.5 baths. Rooms were a little small and the amount of stairs was a bit much but otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel, great location
Pros:The location and the decor.
Cons:Not a thing. I would go back there in a heartbeat.
Location:Location is great. The area is quiet and near the beach. There is a beautiful pool area. A stop for the Trolley is right across the street.
This is a very nice hotel. It is located in the Southernmost area of Key West away from the hustle of central Duval Street and a block from the beach. Our unit had two bedrooms and two baths on the upper level and a living area with a convertible couch, a small bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was modern and clean and all amenities were provided. Turn down service in the evening included fresh muffins for breakfast and cookies. There were even Dove bars in the freezer. I didn't realize that it would be an upstairs unit and the stairs were a bit of a problem for me due to recent surgery. They did have some downstairs units available but we chose to stay put as we were only staying two nights. If stairs are a problem it would be best to be sure to get a downstairs unit. I understand they are even larger.
