"Hotel was nice but unfortunately the pool and spa was closed. I had book this hotel because I plan to use the pool and hot tub after hiking. I did ask for a reimbursement but main help desk said it was out of their control"

The Lodge at Jackson Hole
"The housekeeping was limited to two days per week. For such an expensive place I’d like to have had the room at least tidied up a bit each day. If you ran out of towels you had to go to the desk to retrieve more. The staff at certain times was less than helpful. I asked for help with the local bus ..."

"This was a cute little cabin and was in a very convenient location when visiting the Tetons. Such a good spot to watch the gorgeous sunsets as well. Only con was we had a little field mouse that came out every night after 9 and you could hear/see it rummaging around."

The Lodge at Jackson Hole
"The housekeeping was limited to two days per week. For such an expensive place I’d like to have had the room at least tidied up a bit each day. If you ran out of towels you had to go to the desk to retrieve more. The staff at certain times was less than helpful. I asked for help with the local bus schedule and the desk clerk sent me out to the bus stop where there wasn’t an actual schedule. Then a passenger on the bus said i should ask the clerk to simply print a schedule for me. So i went back in and told her that the schedule was not at the bus stop as she had said. Could she please print one for me, which she did, reluctantly. I don’t understand why she just didn’t do it at the beginning of the encounter. Another time i ask the front desk clerk where i would find a particular coffee shop that was supposed to be within walking distance and she told me to google it. The breakfast was exactly the same every day but pretty good for $5. But i didn’t want to eat the same thing day after day so only ate there twice during my stay."
