Police showed up at the hotel. I was told to go to my room & stay. I was told the next day by a customer that this hotel lets a Spanish worker live there with his wife and kids & they have had a lot of issues with him. I felt unsafe & it’s crazy I was to stay in my room

Doors locked at 11pm. Rooms very dated. Actually the entire hotel is dated Don’t think I’ll stay there again. The ad for the hotel on your website says 6 miles from O’Hara airport (which is the reason I booked it) is more like 16-20 miles. Ended up spending approximately $50.00 for Lyft round trip.

Ok for 1 night. Friendly staff but NOT very clean

We spent one night only, close to training place. Room had Lots of spots on carpet, bathroom doors had grease spots as well. We had a small budget so I guess you get what you pay for...Staff was friendly.

Plenty of room, like a 1 bdrm apt for the night.

Needed a room at the last minute, nothing fancy, and the price was right. Plenty of space!

Late arrival

Cons: Nothing close
I was stuck in O'hare and this was the closest hotel available (major shutdown and my flight didn't get canceled until 10AM). I booked over the internet. With tip, it was a $75 cab ride. When I arrived around midnight, the door was locked, intercom did not work and nobody was at the desk. Fortunately people staying there happened to be out for a walk and knew which window to knock on to wake up the night clerk. If you have a late arrival, phone ahead to make sure someone is there! My studio accommodations were OK and I got a bed to sleep in instead of a cot or the floor at the airport. I would not stay again unless it was an emergency situation.
