"Breakfast was grab & go. Floors needed mopping in the room. For a suite hotel, I had to go to the front desk to get dishes, silverware, pots & pans etc. There was nothing in the room. Items were loaded in a plastic bin and handed to me. Very disappointing!"

"They lied about the room availability and sold be a more expensive room when I got there. I had to pay extra and on top of that they tax you for each night and thus the total goes up tremendously by the end of it. They will later play a blame game between expedia and themselves. I would recommend avoiding it would be in your best interest."
