"NALA is truly a great place to stay, location can't be beat, it is a little out of the main tourist area but still walkable to everywhere, while we did get the free bus card provided at the hotel if you stay 2 or more nights but didn't use it and walked everywhere because it was close and the city was beautiful and felt very safe. (two women in their 30s traveling). Our room was very clean and comfortable, we even had another friend show up a day early and the front desk provided a cot which they set up while we were out which was so nice to come back to it already taken care of. We didn't get the breakfast but it looked really good but does cost 19 euros which is probably worth it based on the convenience and variety but we liked to get out into the city. We rented e-bikes one day from Die Boerse down the street which I strongly recommend to explore some of the towns nearby. (No tour just explored). Another amazing perk was the meeting rooms/sitting rooms available to use anytime (we had a few late meetings for work as it was daytime back home) and it was nice to have an alternative to the room, to let the others sleep. Wifi was great throughout the spaces. Also rooftop deck and back patio was lovely on nice afternoons as well. I would absolutely stay here anytime I am in Innsbruck."

"The hotel was great - with one word of caution specific to the room we were in and perhaps some others. There was a step down inside room 117 and a step up to the bathroom my wife fell into the room once and I tripped over the stair that protruded into the room - neither of us was injured. The rest - room, staff, breakfast, etc were great. "
