Hotel with great tradition

Perfect location - about 5 min walk to the old town. The building is very old, well renovated and modernized. Room was OK. When the shower was not used for a couple of hours unpleasant smell from the drainage was slightly disturbing. Air conditioning not effective even when switched on no air flow could be felt. Great staff very friendly and supportive. Good breakfast buffet.

We were only at this hotel for 1 night but had a very positive experience starting with friendly and helpful staff at Reception; a nice bar and a good breakfast. Our room was spacious and had a balcony. Seemed strange that there was no bottled water in the room - possibly obtainable from the 1st floor Service area - we never had time to check. Great location and a safe, pleasant atmosphere

Hotel is old and full of character . Breakfast was decent . Innsbruck doesn’t have too much going on 2 days was plenty . Walkable to the old city which is cute but lack the charm of Salzburg, Vienna and Hallstatt .

Family stayed for a short trip to Innsbruck. The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of detail including a beautiful cellar where breakfast is served daily. There is a spa and sauna on the ground floor- we didn’t use but looked lovely. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping, hiking and ski lifts Nordkettenbahnen. The hotel is quite old and beautiful.
