This was a horrible experience. When we arrived the grounds were very unkept. Unpon entering the hotel the floors were extremely dirty. We asked if we could see the room prior to check in and the manager refused several times and said we should just stay somewhere else. After going back and forward she finally agreed to allow us to see the room. We asked housekeeping for linen and were told "No, I need these". It was a horrible experience! The furniture in the room was extremely dirty. The elevator had a horrible odor to it. We went swimming and the manager followed us to the pool area. There was food on the fkoor in the pool The area. The next morning for check out we were told we can not give you a sales receipt. I explained i must have one for my records. The front desk staff said she couldn't at that point i requested a handwritten receipt. When we went to exit there was dog feces at the front door. What a horrible experience! With the horrible experience I would like to say the front desk clerk was short of words but was kind and apologized for her manager! I will never EVER stay at a AmericanInn and will be sure to share my experience with all my friends and family.

Good location and price but the rooms were not great. First room had mold growing on the bathroom ceiling, no vent fan and the wallpaper was pealing. The furniture was worn and the desk was sagging badly. We moved to another room shich was much better. Still no bathroom vent fan, but the room was in much better shape. Oh, also ask for a room opposite the highway. Only 150 yards from I69. Not likely to stay there again though.

Hello valued guest! We apologize for any inconveniences you had upon your stay with us. We recognize our hotel in not renovated therefore we have no ceiling fans in our bathrooms. Our building is also right on the highway so it is hard for our staff to place you away from the highway if those rooms are unavailable for the night. We appreciate your feedback and we will surely look into the room you stayed in to fix all issues. Thank you!

The room was clean and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was hot and very tasty!! The only thing I didn’t care for was that the elevator needed updated. The interior of the elevator slightly musty and some what clanky when it started to move. Nothing horrible but needs to match the rest of the hotels which was nice!

Your front desk lady when we checked in was EXTREMELY helpful and very kind. (9/14 check in for Horn) Your facility was very clean and nice. We loved being able to walk next door for dinner and thank you for a GREAT breakfast!!

I likeed the fact that the workout room was 24 hrs and the hotel was quiet and clean. The thing I was upset about was they were supposed to have coffee 24 hrs but everytime I got coffee it was cold and when I asked for fresh coffee I was told "there is a microwave over there heat it up" and the staff wouldn't make fresh coffee
