It was ok for one night. Elevator was down when we checked in late that night. No communication prior to check in and it had been down all day. It was ok for us only one night but if disabilities would have been an issue we would have been stuck, and it was a no refund booking.

Very disappointing

The elevator didn’t work so we had too take the stairs. One of the windows was broken and they applied a wooden piece to the window. The comforter had stains no one asked how was our stay or even thanked us for our stay nor did anyone apologize for the inconvenience of carrying bags and a baby up the stairs.

This Comfort Inn and Suites has recently been remodeled. The rooms have beautiful ambient lighting, large flat-screen TV, large bright white bathrooms with amazing warm showers, and a generous vanity, sink and mirror. The pool is large and heated, I enjoyed a long swim. Although, the morning breakfast could offer fresh fruit and real scrambled eggs. This was a very relaxing stay. Thank you.
