"The guest relations check in personnel were extremely helpful in accepting our luggage very early and expediting the availability of our room plus giving us recommendations on places to eat and sights to see. The staff were exceptional. The room was ample and well appointed, but please be aware there is no air conditioning. However, a fan is provided. In addition, the staff arranged a taxi for us to travel to the bus terminal and made it a point to advise that coffee and breakfast items were available to take away. Furthermore, the hotel is in the hub of the city which makes it easy to navigate and walk to several major sites. Overall, it was an outstanding experience!"
