"We arrived at nearly 9 p.m. (10:00 or time) and we're greeted kindly. The property looked taken care of and the room was clean. My pet peeve is the bathroom and carpeting. Both of those were in fair shape. Our king room was spacious with a pullout sofabed and side chair. However, we were not in a room close to the elevator as I requested when I made the reservation which was annoying. We were fairly impressed until the TV didn't have a picture only sound. I called the front desk, no answer. I called again, no answer so I went to the front desk for help and was told someone would be up to take a look at the issue. We waited 30 minutes without a visit or call to explain someone was still coming. I started to go through the tv settings to address the issue and was luckily able to get it working. I waited another half hour for someone to attend to the matter. I called the front desk from my cell phone, got someone on the phone who then told me he was the person coming to take care of the problem. Ticked off after being ignored and having to call from other than the hotel phone, I said it was handled, no need to come up now. He still wanted to take a look and I insisted he forget about it. Can't comment on the pool or breakfast because we missed both. Overall, we slept comfortably. May not stay here again, but you never know."

"it's a really great place to stay rooms were nice and clean the building itself is very modern looking their outdoor theme gives the hotel a very relaxing and calming feeling you'll love the decor staff was very friendly and helpful out of 10 stars i would give it a 9 the reason why their tv was not working right you couldn't turn it off had to unplug it from the wall and the volume was low you couldn't hear it when the air conditioning was running and the volume button for turning it up or down didn't work the tv was a newly up to date one it just didn't work right we did report as we were leaving and someone came and checked it out but what counted was it had a comfortable bed nice size rooms and a very good price breakfast was served as one of the amenities it had a bar nice dining area nice place to sit in an area that had a tv and a fire place for winter."
