Fairly quiet. NOTHING stated on website re: pool and hot tub being closed and NO bfast. I sent THREE emails asking ahead of time and got NO answer from anyone! NO extra coffee for room, No coffee in lobby, NO replacement bfast bars or anything else for bfast, female desk clerk was surly and unaplogetic for all negatives, decativated my card after she knows I was staying TWO nights. Called front desk THREE times over 20 mins with NO answer. And on top of it all refused my request for a late chek out. ZERO customer service. What are you going to do about this??!!

The room/bedding was relatively clean, but the night stands were not clean. We brought anti-bacterial wipes with us and wiped them down and they came out filthy. Wiped down the toilet & sink as well, neither looked clean to the eye and the sink had dirt in it. The bathroom mirror had “spittle” spots on it that it appeared someone had attempted to wipe but really just streaked them across the mirror. The tv was very small. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything the people next door were saying. One of the lamps was not plugged in due to the knob being broken and the room was not very bright even with all the lights on. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. There was an in-room, 4 cup coffee maker that we didn’t use, and coffee in the lobby, but no breakfast items were offered at all. It was pretty disappointing.

Liked that is was close to my venue. Dislike the rooms. They were extremely dirty. Smelled like urine, had mouse turds on nightstand. They were is very bad shape.

I payed travelocity and travelodge then charged me as well so both took my money and now cost even more because I bounced my bank account brcause I was way over charged and now get fres from bank everyday until they give me back my money. Room was dirty smelled like smoke hair in shower no manager and no one can fix what they charged me

Management rude a d unprofessional. Something odd going on there between staff. Room clean but no towels. Stacks of unfolded towels behind the check in desk. Breakfast very meager. Toaster broken

It took awhile to get someone to come to the counter but then I was taken very good care. Room was clean. I didn’t realize that there wouldn’t be a refrigerator or microwave. I probably won’t stay again because of this. Location was perfect but I need a refrigerator, even for one night.
