Went to check -n about 2.5 hours after check-in time. It took about 15 minutes to check me in. No problem. The lady behind the counter has trouble processing a credit card because their system kept going offline. No problem. Then I am given a dirty room that hasn't been cleaned. Bed still unmade; trash still on counter. I return to the front desk and tell them the room is dirty. After about 10 minutes they tell me they don't have a clean room for me and if I wait a little bit they will get me a room. I ask how long it would take only to be told, "I don't know. They are cleaning rooms now." We had to get to a room so we left without staying. The hotel refused to refund my money. I had to fight it with my credit card company. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I certainly won't stay here in the future.

Dear guest, thank you for your review. We at Super 8 try our hardest to make sure we take care of our guest the best we can. Due to the winter storm our housekeeping staff were not able to make it to work. due to dangerous driving conditions. Our computer systems were completely off for over 24 hours and we were unable to close our hotel reservation system. We thank you for your patience and waiting the little time you did. We look forward to hopefully seeing you again in the future at Super 8

Appeared recently renovated..bath room was very nice and very clean. Comfortable mattress and linen. AC unit was cold..a little hard to adjust thermostat. Overall a very good experience.

Poor cleaning, doors difficult to close, the room door look was lose with the bolts falling off, dog hair in the floor.

Room was very nice and updated. Trixie was amazingly friendly and accommodating. Even though the music was a little loud from a club in the surrounding area, it was not enough to bother me in the room. I would stay again, no question...
