When I went there they said your room is cancelled however she reinstated but after a very long wait and 5 hrs drive . Pillow extremely uncomfortable and beds too. Overall was ok

We stayed ine night on our way back home to Az. Rooms where nice and specious. Beds were very comfy. However, on the way out the door to check out there was a huge cockroach crawling on the door frame and almost got on my daughter! So gross and so not a way to start our morning. We told the front desk at check out and all i got was a "I'm sorry ill let management know"
