The house is nestled along the Buffalo Bayou Bike Trail, giving you walkable/rideable access to downtown parks, restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Dwell HTX is located in the heart of the historic First Ward Arts District less than 1 mile from downtown Houston. The home is located steps from the Buffalo Bayou Bike Trail with easy access to bike share stations. The path offers gorgeous views and a quick ride to downtown.
