With all virtual check in, I encountered a few problems checking in but it was dealt with effectively. Nicely renovated basics included place. Super clean. Everything you need. Half a block from beach and broadwalk and in a quiet area but with tons of nightlife. Perfect stay.

"The property was overall nice and the staff generally was kind. However, I had made a reservation noting I had an infant. Called prior to arrival to request a crib. Was told it would be noted on my reservation and the crib would be in my room. Asked upon checking in for a crib and was told it would be brought up shortly. An hour or so later I asked again for a crib as I went to dinner. Still not one when getting back to my room. Was told they might not even have one for me at that point. So now I’m worried about where I can safely let my 7 month old sleep. I would have made different arrangements if they had been straightforward and told me a crib was not available. They eventually “found” one for me and brought it to my room at 830-9pm. Way past bedtime for my daughter. Was not pleased. Offered a “snack” bag for my trouble. No thanks. Do better. Parents have enough stress while traveling with young kids. Don’t add by not being up front or doing your own due diligence/job. "

Housekeeping standards are severely lacking; our shower curtain was covered in mold and mildew, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the balcony was in terrible condition and lacked quality seating. The service at the pool area was equally frustrating expecting one staff member to serve hundreds of guests is unrealistic. Consequently, our food was delivered to the wrong table, and we endured a two-hour wait for basic beach snacks. This property has potential, but the guest experience currently fails to meet even basic expectations."
