The room was not in good condition. It was very small, very dated, bathroom was tiny. Nowhere to put your suitcase. The location however was amazing and when you are going to the beach I guess that is all that matters. The ladies in the office were amazing too.

This location is exactly as reviews and they describe, steps from the beach. It has very easy access to restaurants and miles of ocean. The check-in was easy. The room is small, but cute and cozy. The bathroom is very small, but was clean and fine. It's a reasonable option for crashing near the shore for a day or two without paying the high priced resort costs. We decided to park in the garage at Margaritaville and after about 30 hours there it was $78. So if not super crowded, I'd recommend the option for the street permit parking which would have cost maybe about half that.
