"Resort is beautiful… massive! Room was clean and comfortable … slept great! The restaurant Texan station was great and had a good selection and reasonably priced. Ol Hickory was phenomenal!!!! … didn’t experience the other restaurants since we only spent 2 nights. Room service fell flat … food took over an hour and it was barely warm and there was no microwave to reheat any of it … additionally the bacon was missing and when I inquired, they expected me to wait an additional 45 - 60+ min … won’t do that again!!! Nonetheless, I had to leave the facility to eat a hot breakfast!! Other than that I had an enjoyable time at the resort … will revisit if in the area. "

We wasted an hour and called the hotel 3 times to "hear the shuttle is on the way" the shuttle is at C and will pick you up at D next". Two of us watched as other hotel shuttles came twice - so we took uber. Front desk staff just said "shuttle to DFW is better" and it was. "
