Room was big but the sheets, curtains or the pillow covers were not clean. Complaining was offered another room and that was even worse. Food was over even before 8:30 and was not replenished. Coffee was cold. Best part was parking I guess

My only complaint is that the furnishings look a bit worn and old fashioned -- but overall, I liked the property and I would stay there again. I felt safe at all times, staff was respectful and helpful, good wi-fi, nice indoor pool, free breakfast with many choices, convenient parking. My room and the common areas were very clean. Location is convenient to expressway and East Henrietta Road, West Henrietta Road and Jefferson Road, where there are many stores and restaurants.

It was comfortable enough and was conveniently located. Felt safe and parking was safe. Christmas gifts were still in the car the next morning. Pool was cold and gym was in poor condition. Fresh towels were not left nor were old towels taken on Saturday of our stay.
