"Terrible sleep, the room was at 25°, aircon wasn’t working at all. Very difficult to open the window and only provided a sliver of air. Disappointed after staff didn’t show much interest or concern. You also have to pay £20 per 24h to park on top of your night fee. Nice room but a shame to pay £170 ..."
