Very nice place to stay in Cambridge. Not as close to downtown as I was hoping, but that's my fault for not reading the map. Grocery store down the street was super convenient and worked well with the mini kitchen we had. Rooms were not as quiet as they could be - neighbors one night didn't turn off the tv until after 1 am and then we woke up and they were having loud activities of pleasure so..... We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider again if we come back to Cambridge.

Our stay at Turing Locke Cambridge was pleasant overall. The studio was comfortable, quiet, and reasonably priced, with a good location within easy walking distance of Sainsbury’s, cafés, and restaurants. Oliver’s on the rooftop is a must-visit — possibly the best pizza we’ve ever had. However, we were surprised by the noticeable wear and tear on the furnishings, given the building’s recent age, and the bed and pillows weren’t as comfortable as we’d hoped. The park-and-ride into Cambridge is also just a short drive away, making it a convenient base for exploring the city.

Great location on outskirts of Cambridge. Excellent sized and equipped rooms, would recommend pizza at rooftop bar. Centre of Cambridge is walkable but is a good 40 - 45 mins away.

Very good communication and a lovely room. The only part of the stay that caused confusion was the parking, as we asked to reserve a space and were told there was one reserved but on arrival it was just a car park, first come first served with no guarantee that a space would be there. Luckily we got a space (the last one) but then didn’t want to use the car in case there were no spaces when we returned. I would tell visitors to use the park and ride just 7 minutes walk away. Other than that, really enjoyed the stay!

Booked as a last minute stay and whilst on the whole it was a decent stay, it was disappointing that the lack of parking wasn’t mentioned when booking. We ended up having to leave the car at a park and ride and walk back to the hotel with our luggage. Check in staff were lovely. The property is in good condition and nice and quiet. The apartment itself was smaller than expected - the images online are for the bigger apartment not the one we booked so I found that slightly disappointing. The bathroom was tiny but ok for one night. The bed was comfortable and wardrobe was decent. The kitchenette area was good but we struggled for ages to locate useful items because they were hidden away in a drawer not easily found beneath the microwave oven. The oven proved very tricky to operate but we found the guide online and by sheer luck managed to cook dinner. The apartment was very warm despite having the aircon on. Overall, a nice stay for one night and it was better than a standard hotel room.

Disappointed! Handwash in bathroom empty . No Hangers. Floor dirty. Room was not cleaned the next day so came back to no toilet rolls or clean towels or replacement of tea bags . We were charged for parking in their underground carpark and spaces were tight . Considering it was a 30 min walk or more into the city it was expensive for 2 nights . Gym was small for such a big complex . no exercise bike only a peloton but you have to be registered . Was lovely to have Sainsburys and a restaurant and cafe nearby .

Clean & convenient

Self service apartment with washer/dryer/ fridge/ dishwasher. Conviently located next to Madingley park&ride. It is decorated and operated in similar ways as the the Hyatt next door, but the extra facilities makes it more convenient for family.

Spacious & comfortable suite

Very spacious 2-room apartment; kitchette design was somewhat awkward with "hidden" utensils. Happy for use of the washer/dryer, but instructional help with dryer was needed. Weakest aspect was the location outside of Cambridge proper, requiring a 20-minute bus ride...longer to the train station. But we paid less for this inconvenience and got a suite room with W/D.
