Having stayed at the hotel many times, I always enjoy returning here. The sofas could be reupholstered. Disappointed that there was no complimentary water in the fridge. Otherwise, the usual warm welcome.

We have been coming here for birthday celebrations for a few years now as we love the location, Breakfast and facilities. Rooms are always comfortable with lovely big beds and nice products in the room. I didn’t like that on a couple of floors there was a strong smell of weed. Also had hassle with booking through third party and not able to rectify the issue and it costing me an additional £100.

Receptionists customer service was 100 percent from the moment I walked through the door. She even gave me a really early checkin for free. Explained everything and was so kind. When we arrived back to our room late evening our tv didnt work and the same Receptionist changed our room immediately. Building was really cool, train station out side the door and ony 3.60 to get into the centre of Cambridge. Beds were really comfortable and I woukd definitely recommend staying here to save money as the centre of Cambridge is often really expensive.

The bar isn't fully staffed and can't serve the usual drinks. The TV had one outage after the other, so the kids couldn't watch TV, parents couldn't rest. In comparison to previous stays we're disappointed.

Amazing spacious room with its modern interior just like the whole vibe of the hotel itself. Amazing customer service from the minute of booking until the very end. From greeting, to helping me make the day as social as possible by great communication and replying to messages fast in order for the surprise to take place. :) Thank you for everything on that day, from upgrade to all the little things added in our stay that made it magical and stress free :) Loved every minute of it. Shame the wellness centre wasn’t open for longer than nine especially since our arrival was quite late however it’s understandable for quest comfort and peace.
