The room was in poor condition. The tub floor itself was cracked and peeling away and had track marks on it from where it had once been slip proofed. Obvious touch up painting throughout the room. The first night the key cards would not work. Had to have the front desk let us in. The second night even the front desk couldn't get us in. We had to sit in the lobby and wait for the manager to come in and repair the door. When we got in the room we found that housekeeping hadn't even been there.... probably because they couldn't get in.

I was given a room key for an occupied unit. The bathroom ceiling and walls had mold and poorly repaired large patches. Shower head had a form of pink bacteria in it. The flooring was not cleaned well. The couch in the room was stained. The unit entry door had a large gap on the bottom. I was almost robbed in the hallway by other tenants-on the second night. Always strange I individuals lingering at a picnic table just at the main entry to the hotel. Hallways smelled of marijuana and dogs barking through the night. After housekeeping cleaned the room they left me with no towels-i did not find this out until I returned back late in the evening on my third and final evening. I needed to take a shower to relax and sleep, I called front desk three times within 15 minutes with no answer—walked to the front desk and rang the help buzzer and still no one was around —I gave up after ten minutes—I ended up showering with a sock and dried with my t shirt. Worst experience ever. Front desk manager the next morning stated oh we are sorry this happens sometimes.

Had needed toilet paper because there was only enough for one person to use the toilet until I went down to get another. Floors were filthy my husbands and my socks were filthy black at the bottoms. No cover on one of the electrical outlets where I had to plug in my phone to charge it. Had an ironing board but no iron so I could mot press off my slacks or our shirts.

There was no water in the shower,the doorknob to the bathroom was messed up and we left in the middle of the night in a hurry because we found BED BUGS in the bed and when we went to the front desk the manager of the hotel wasn’t even concerned at all. This Inn is a joke. Point,Blank,Period.

While very few people were there when we checked in, we could not get a first floor room. There is no elevator. Had to go up stairs. Room was clean but smelled of some kind of freshener. No phone in room. No breakfast though we were told it was free breakfast. Very disappointing and we will not stay there again.

Sorry for your in convent. You book the stander room they all up stairs, pleas next stay book the deluxe room we will accommodate you in first floor. Red Roof don't offer any breakfast.

Dont expect much.

The continental breakfast is non existent. A little old lady doles out butter patties like they are gold. You feel like you are serving the staff instead of them serving you. The bed had crumbs in it. It was obvious the sheets had not been changed. Not a pleasant stay. There are better places to stay near by.

Nothing special here!

Cons: Poor breakfast, cheap
Stayed 2 nights when my daughter moved home from UCONN. Nothing was glaringly bad, but nothing stood out that would make me want to return. Room was clean but dated. Workmanship was shoddy at best. No elevators. Appeared to be family owned. (very young children running around lobby and behind registration desk after 11:00 PM) Free breakfast was extremely sparse. Seemed once they used their daily supply they would not put out anymore. Even when asked by others for more they were told that they were out for the day. Felt that owners were cutting corners to increase the bottom line. (single ply toilet tissue, thin, small towels, broken down foam pillows, full instead of queen beds, internet signal was weak when it worked) Just not up to the "normal" Quality Inn standards.
