The check in had to be overridden because Expedia's virtual CC didn't work at the hotel side. So the check in took a very long time. The staff and manager were wonderful in fixing the issue.

Everything was great during our stay. We were there for UConn's graduation weekend. We were not able to check in until exactly 3 PM due to the hotel being sold out. We loved the bed and pillows. It was so comfortable, and we slept like babies.
