DISAPPOINTED. We have stayed at The Bristol Hotel numerous times and loved it. This time however was horrendous. There was a wedding downstairs which is fine, but the whole room was vibrating. mentioned this to room service which stated it doesn't go on for long, it did. The windows were like paper, ...

The bed was extremely hard so hardly slept . Which rather wasted the benefit of staying there before an earlyish flight . They must have changed the beds as we have stayed a few times before and don’t recall this issue
