1 night stay for a business trip. I love the hotel location. Room 317, clean with all the amenities I needed for my stay. Only 1 hiccup, there was no toilet roll in my bathroom so I had to go back down to reception to get some. Lovely choice at breakfast, everything well cooked and organised. 1 personal gripe, there were no vegan butter alternatives available so, due to my dairy allergy, I had to have my toast dry with breakfast.

The room was ok a little small and was too far-away from the lifts. We could have asked to change but did not. Having a partner with an walking aid. Should we stay again will request a room nearer the lift.

Great staff, worst room ever.

Friendly staff was the only positive. The room was awful. The tap was a trickle as was the shower. We were given a tiny disabled room, the bathroom being a wet room, which was wet! There was nowhere to use a hairdryer, the only socket was by the tea making facility, very hygienic! and no mirror. The bathroom door opened so so wide it was in the way. When we booked, the rooms looked so much better online. We were only staying two days so put up with it. Another point, the curtains didn’t block the light out either and we were on the side of the sun rising. I doubt we would stay here again. The worst room we have ever stayed in.
