The Route-Inn Grantia Hanyu Spa Resort is about 1 mile (2 kilometers) from the city center of Hanyu. If you would prefer another option, the Kawagoe Prince Hotel can be found approximately 18 miles (29 kilometers) away. Once you have enjoyed Hanyu, save some time to uncover the other natural and cultural attractions of the Kanto area. Kanto boasts beaches and coastal plains. Commonly visited visitor destinations are ruins and castles. Popular pastimes in this particular region of Japan include snowboarding.
35 miles (58 kilometers) away from Hanyu, you'll find Tokyo, which is where you can enjoy Tokyo Tower and Sensoji Temple. During your time in Isehara, set aside a little time to check out the Oyamaafuri Shrine and Jouhotsuganji Temple.
Just because you are traveling in Kanto, should not mean that you can't enjoy your obsession for sport. You will find Tokyo Dome 35 miles (55 kilometers) to the south of Hanyu. Modern travelers that like the convenience of staying not far away, make a reservation in the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo or Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo.
